Navy FRC IPV Site Manager

Essential Duties:
Direct supervision of the deputy site manager and warehouse personnel at both the forward stocking location and Fleet Readiness Center (FRC). The site manager serves as the primary customer point of contact for all daily issues. Interfacing with the Government Contracting Officer (COR), Herndon program staff and various DLA personnel are a normal daily job function. The site manager is responsible for the set up of the forward stock location, warehouse and delivery of all material to the FRC. The site manager will work with the FRC personnel to develop strategies to improve warehouse and FRC locations efficiencies, productivity, quality, safety, customer satisfaction. The site manager ensures that proper training has been completed and that all Herndon facilities are operating in accordance with national, state and local regulations. The site manger attends FRC production meetings and provides feedback to the FRC staff as to the status of critical material deliveries and communicates schedule changes at the FRC to the program management office.
