Area firms among subcontractors for Army contract:

Herndon Products Inc. won an $11 million government contract for delivery of bolts, nuts, studs and retaining rings for the Army, Navy and Air Force.

The date of completion is 2010.

Maryland Heights-based Herndon Products makes bolts, fasteners and screws.
